Home Yoga Studio is in an old school house with lofted ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors and character.
Whether you are newer to yoga and need some support understanding the foundations of alignment, healing from an injury, wanting to learn complex/ advanced postures, seeking individual adjustments in a personal practice or simply want some support in calming down the nervous system, a private yoga sessions is something to consider parties for birthday celebrations, weddings, or other gatherings with family, friends or colleagues.
